Terms of Service

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if you act on behalf of a business or other entity, that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and platform policies (including Google's and other ad networks' policies). You will not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data, or use the Services to infringe others' rights.

Some Services require you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Local Services Ads) via OAuth or by adding us as a manager. By connecting an account or granting us access, you authorize us to access and act within the scope you approve, solely to provide the Services we are engaged to deliver. Our handling of data obtained through those connections is described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time, which may limit or stop the dependent Services.

Infinity Pipeline AI operates a text-messaging program used to send appointment confirmations and links, account and product information, marketing messages, support and web-chat responses, and opt-in/opt-out confirmations.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number or short code you received messages from. We will send one confirmation of your unsubscribe status and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term of any paid engagement are set out in a separate proposal, order, or agreement between you and us; if there is a conflict between that document and these Terms, that document controls for the engagement. Any results, case studies, statistics, or guarantees referenced on the website describe past outcomes for specific clients under specific circumstances and are not a promise or prediction of your results; guarantees, if any, are governed by the terms of your engagement agreement.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and remain the property of Infinity Pipeline AI and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. Deliverables we create for you are governed by your engagement agreement. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services we do not own or control (including Google services). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions) will survive.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Infinity Pipeline AI or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid us, US$100).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinity Pipeline AI and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims court will be the state or federal courts located in California.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
