Privacy Policy
Last updated May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Pipeline AI ("Infinity Pipeline", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at https://infinitypipeline.co, our client portal, and the SEO, local-search, and advertising services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
It also describes how we handle data we access from Google services on your behalf when you connect a Google account, and the rights and choices you have. By using the Services or connecting a Google account, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Company / we / us. Infinity Pipeline AI, 24402 Hatteras St, Woodland Hills, California 91367, United States.
Services. Our website, client portal, and the SEO / Generative-Engine-Optimization / paid-advertising / local-search services we deliver for clients.
Client. A business that engages us to provide the Services. A client's owner, employee, or authorized representative may act on the client's behalf.
Personal Data. Information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.
Google user data. Data we obtain through Google APIs after you authorize access via Google OAuth — for example data from Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Local Services Ads.
Service Provider / sub-processor. A third party that processes data on our behalf and under our instructions to help us operate the Services (for example: hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and customer support).
You. The individual using the Services, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide — when you fill out a form, book a call, sign up, or contact us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and any details you choose to include in a message.
- Account and engagement information — package selected, billing status, services we deliver for you, and communications between us.
- Usage and device data — collected automatically when you use the website or portal: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data, via cookies and similar technologies.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Google user data — only if and when you connect a Google account (see Section 4).
3. How we use information
We use information to: provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; set up and manage your engagement; communicate with you about your account, support requests, and (where permitted) relevant updates and marketing; deliver SEO, advertising, and local-search work for clients; analyze usage to improve performance and security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent for any purpose other than the messaging program described in Section 5.
4. Google user data — access, use, storage, and sharing
When a client (or a client's authorized representative) grants us access to a Google account through Google OAuth, we may access the following Google services, limited to the scopes you approve and solely to provide the Services we are engaged to deliver:
- Google Business Profile — to verify our management access; to read profile information (business name, categories, services, hours, attributes, descriptions, photos, and Performance metrics such as views, calls, and direction requests); and, for profiles we actively manage, to update categories, services, hours, descriptions, attributes, and respond to reviews on your behalf.
- Google Analytics — to read website-traffic and engagement reports so we can measure and improve performance.
- Google Ads — to read campaign structure, performance, and spend, and to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.
- Google Search Console — to read search-performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, positions), index coverage, and site settings to inform SEO work.
- Google Local Services Ads — to read and manage Local Services Ads campaigns and leads on your behalf.
How we use Google user data. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Services described above — auditing, optimizing, reporting, and managing your Google presence and advertising. We do not use Google user data for advertising other than running the advertising campaigns you have engaged us to manage, and we do not use it to train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.
How we store and protect it. Google user data and any access/refresh tokens are stored on our infrastructure with access restricted to personnel and systems that need it to deliver the Services, and protected with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
How we share it. We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties except: (a) to sub-processors who process it on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations and only to help us operate the Services; (b) when you direct or authorize us to; (c) as necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful request, or to protect our or others' rights, safety, and security; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Limited Use. Infinity Pipeline AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Retention and revocation. We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law, and we delete or de-identify it on request or when our engagement ends, except where retention is legally required. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by contacting us to remove access on your behalf; revoking access may limit or stop the Services that depend on it.
5. SMS / text messaging consent
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Infinity Pipeline AI related to appointment confirmations and links, account and product information, marketing messages, support and web-chat responses, and opt-in/opt-out confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number or short code you received messages from; we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-processors that support our messaging (such as SMS delivery and customer service); in all other cases, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and scripts) to operate the Services, remember preferences, keep you signed in to the portal, and understand and improve how the Services are used. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them).
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do not accept cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.
7. How we share and disclose information
We share information with: sub-processors who provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and customer support, under contracts that limit their use of the data; professional advisors; authorities and other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and an acquirer in connection with a business transaction, subject to this Policy. As stated above, we do not sell personal information, mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing, and Google user data is shared only as described in Section 4.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Google user data retention is described in Section 4.
9. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing (such as marketing or, where applicable, the sale or sharing of personal information), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- Marketing: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to text messages.
- Google access: revoke our access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to remove it on your behalf.
- Cookies: manage them in your browser settings.
- Data requests / deletion: email us at the address in Section 14 to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to delete data we hold about you or your business; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals at this time, but we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (and never from children under 13). If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Changes are effective when posted.
14. Contact us
