The 15-Jobs-In-90-Days Guarantee
Last updated May 14, 2026
Infinity Pipeline AI guarantees that water damage restoration operators who fully launch the AI Emergency Capture System with us will book at least 15 net-new emergency restoration jobs within their first 90 days of being live. If they don't, we keep working — ads, AI, dispatch, optimization — at no additional fee until they do.
This page sets out, in plain English, exactly what that means: what counts as a job, what we ask of you in return, where the guarantee applies, and how the "we work for free" clause is honored.
1. What counts as a 'booked job'
A booked job, for the purpose of this guarantee, is an inbound water damage lead generated by the system that you (or your team) confirm as a scheduled job ticket — meaning a date, address, and assigned crew. The lead must come through the channels we manage: Google Local Service Ads, Google Search Ads, the funnel landing pages we built, or the AI appointment setter we operate.
It does not need to close at any particular dollar value to count, and it does not need to be a contents claim or a full reconstruction — Category 1 mitigation jobs count the same as a Category 3 demo-and-dry-out. What it cannot be is an inbound from a channel we don't manage (a referral, a repeat customer who already had your phone number, a fleet-graphic walk-up).
2. The 90 days starts when the system is live — not at contract signing
The 90-day clock starts the day Google approves your Local Service Ads listing and the AI setter is live and answering — typically 7 to 14 days after kickoff. We start the clock together in writing. If LSA approval is delayed by Google (and it sometimes is), the clock starts when the broader system is live and is reset to include the LSA component once Google approves.
3. What we need from you for the guarantee to hold
- A valid Google Business Profile and an IICRC certification (LSA requirement, not ours).
- A working phone number, email, and address that we can dispatch leads to.
- Reasonable answer-rate on calls the AI escalates to live humans — typically a 30-second pickup window during business hours and a returned call within 30 minutes after-hours. The guarantee assumes you are operating a real restoration business, not vanishing on leads.
- Approval of the ad creatives and landing page copy we deliver during onboarding within 5 business days.
- No competing paid-search or LSA accounts running in parallel during the 90 days, since they cannibalize spend and we can't isolate causation.
If a market or operational constraint outside our control prevents us from running (a Google account suspension on the client side, an LSA revocation due to license/insurance lapse, a permanent crew shutdown), the guarantee pauses until that is resolved.
4. What 'we work for free' actually means
If you don't reach 15 booked jobs by day 90 and you've met your obligations above, we waive our management retainer for every additional 30-day block until you do. We do not waive ad spend — Google still bills you for clicks, and that's a third-party cost we don't control. We do continue to manage that spend, optimize it, run the AI, respond to reviews, and report daily — exactly as during the paid term — until the 15-job threshold is met.
In practice this clause has rarely had to trigger, because the system tends to overshoot 15 jobs by week 8 in serviceable markets. But it exists for one reason: we should have skin in the game when we ask a restoration operator to bet on us.
5. What's not covered
- Spend caps — if you elect to cap your monthly ad budget below what we recommended for your market, you waive the guarantee.
- Service-area changes mid-engagement — if you ask us to halve your radius in week 4, the original guarantee voids and we set a new target for the smaller market.
- Owner availability — if you are personally unreachable for more than 5 business days at a time during the 90-day window, the guarantee pauses until you return.
6. Where this is written down
The same terms appear in the Master Services Agreement you sign before kickoff. If anything on this page conflicts with the MSA, the MSA controls — but they should match. If you spot a discrepancy, please email kobe@infinitypipeline.co.
